The first floor is offered to companies and individuals for presentations, business lunches or parties.  We can accomodate a maximum number of persons of 60-70. The menu and music choices are also custom-tailored to guarantee maximally individualized satisfaction. 
Also,  for our corporate, small business and individual clients we make available to you opto accoustical media systems on demand. We can also accomodate your own media if you so prefer.
